Ms. Greenberg brings a wealth of courtroom experience and custody expertise to the Firm and her clients.  She has participated in over one hundred evidentiary hearings and trials, and represented thousands of children in divorce and dependency cases.  In so doing, Ms. Greenberg has earned a reputation in the family and dependency courts as an intelligent, steadfast, trustworthy advocate with excellent litigation skills.  Indeed, she is regularly called upon by Judges throughout Los Angeles County to gather and present evidence to assist the court in determining the best interests of children in cases involving complex custody issues.  While dedicated to the amicable settlement of disputes whenever possible, she understands there are times when litigation is unavoidable and necessary.  Ms. Greenberg is exceptionally positioned to advise and represent individuals who are divorcing, particularly when children are involved.

Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Greenberg worked on behalf of abused children, accompanying victims to emergency rooms, to interviews with law-enforcement and prosecutors, and through courtroom proceedings.  She also trained students and professionals in assault and abuse prevention.

Ms. Greenberg received her Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from Yale University in 1991.  She received her Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law in 1996. She is admitted to all state courts in California as well as to the U.S. Supreme Court.
